in the last weekThe beach was unusable and full of trash, the buffet food was repetitive and of just average quality, the location was a bit far from Playa del Carmen, and they rip you off with taxis that have a deal with the hotel, charging around €25 each way. It's better to use the InDrive app and pay around €6. The check-out process was terrible; they left me without a shower. In my case, I was stuck at the hotel for 5 hours because they wouldn't let me leave my suitcase at the entrance if it contained anything delicate or electronic. I had to carry my suitcase around the hotel until they came to take me to the airport, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. The wait was prolonged and I was uneasy before a long 9.5-hour flight. The least they could do is provide a secure area for your luggage to prevent damage and a shower so you can freshen up or enjoy the pool without a place to rinse off the chlorine or change your clothes.

in the last weekMy three days were excellent. All the staff were very attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, and the snacks were amazing. Congratulations to the chefs and staff in general! The only thing I would love is if they could consider adding a nightclub (haha) and a livelier atmosphere at both pools. But overall, it's a fantastic hotel. We'll definitely return. They even have a cenote, and the water was wonderful.
